Check-in/out

Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in may be available upon request—please call ahead to arrange. Upon arrival, check in at the bar inside our restaurant and lobby. Just let one of our friendly bartenders know you have a reservation, and they’ll take care of the rest!

Pet Policy

We love furry friends, but we are unable to accommodate pets in our hotel rooms. 

Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors, but our covered patio is the perfect place to enjoy a smoke and take in the view.

Policy Violations

Violation of our pet and smoking policies may result in a $75 excess cleaning fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours from the 4pm check-in on the arrival date, only 50% of your bill will be refunded; or we can reschedule a future stay for full credit.

 

On holiday and Bisbee Event weekends, the above cancellation rules DO NOT APPLY. Once you have made a reservation in this category, we will NOT provide a refund for ANY reason.

 

If you need to cancel, you must talk to someone at the hotel. Please do NOT leave a message.

 

There is a $35 reservation CANCELLATION FEE. ALWAYS. Please be sure of your date(s) and do not book until you have finished shopping rates.
