Parking

We offer free parking in the parking lot directly across the street from the Grand. There is also free street parking all along Main Street where we're located! 

Essential Travel Items

Forgot something? We’ve got you covered with toiletries, medicine, and other necessities available for purchase at the bar.

IN-ROOM AMENITIES

All rooms feature complimentary Wi-Fi, hairdryers, and luxury shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash, along with access to two beautiful patios and our 24/7 coffee service. Select suites also include mini-fridges—please inquire at the time of booking.

Check-in/out

Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in may be available upon request—please call ahead to arrange.

Upon arrival, check in at the bar inside our bar and lobby. Just let one of our friendly bartenders know you have a reservation, and they’ll take care of the rest!

A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is added to each booking and returned after checkout, provided the room is left reasonably clean and undamaged.

Pet Policy

We love furry friends, but we are unable to accommodate pets in our hotel rooms. 


Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors, but our covered patio is the perfect place to enjoy a smoke and take in the view.


Policy Violations & CLEANING FEES

Non-compliance with our pet or smoking policies may prevent the return of your $100 cleaning deposit.

Additional cleaning fees may also be applied for any significant damage, excessive mess, or biohazard cleanup required (including but not limited to bodily fluids on linens, carpets, or furniture). These fees help cover the time, labor, and supplies needed to safely and thoroughly restore the room for the next guest.


We appreciate your care and respect for our historic property and our hardworking staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours from the 4pm check-in on the arrival date, only 50% of your bill will be refunded; or we can reschedule a future stay for full credit.

 

On holiday and Bisbee Event weekends, the above cancellation rules DO NOT APPLY. Once you have made a reservation in this category, we will NOT provide a refund for ANY reason.

 

If you need to cancel, you must talk to someone at the hotel. Please do NOT leave a message.

 

There is a $50 reservation CANCELLATION FEE. ALWAYS. Please be sure of your date(s) and do not book until you have finished shopping rates.
